Nanny Attendance
For the Mini Explorers Club (0–2+), each child is required to attend with one (1) nanny or primary caregiver only. This ensures consistency of care, comfort, and a safe, well-managed environment for all children.
The nanny/caregiver will support with personal care needs, daily routines and help your explorer settle and engage throughout the day.
Please note: only one caregiver per child is permitted on site for this programme.
Phones in Class
To ensure full engagement and a safe, distraction-free environment, nannies are not permitted to use mobile phones during class activities.
All communication must be done through the school’s official phone line.
Pick-Up Process
For the safety of all children, a secure pick-up system is in place.
Each parent/guardian will be issued a daily pick-up code.
Only individuals with the correct code will be permitted to collect a child from the Mini Explorers Club. This helps us ensure that every child is released safely and only to authorised persons.
Please ensure your pick-up code is kept secure and shared only with approved caregivers.
Illness
Policy
For the wellbeing of all children and staff, children should not attend the Mini Explorers Club if they are unwell, showing symptoms of a contagious illness, or have had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhoea within the last 24–48 hours.
If a child becomes unwell during the day, the parent/guardian will be contacted immediately and may be required to collect their child promptly.
This helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all Mini Explorers.
