What is LAMDA?

LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) is an internationally recognised qualification that helps children build confidence, communication, and performance skills through structured speaking and acting training.

Founded in 1861, LAMDA is the oldest existing drama school in the United Kingdom and one of the most respected performing arts institutions in the world. It has been training and examining students for over 160 years, helping young people develop the confidence to speak, perform, and present with clarity in any environment.

Our LAMDA programme is open to superstars aged 5 and above.

When are the LAMDA classes?

Our classes run during term time:

  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 10:00 am

  • Wednesday: 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Can schools partner for in-school LAMDA classes?

 

Yes. We deliver in-school LAMDA programmes that build confidence, communication, and performance skills, with expert tutors or teacher training, full exam support, and delivery within your school timetable.
