Cancellation & Non-Attendance
Policy
-
All bookings are non-refundable once payment is made.
-
Cancellations made by parents after booking will not be eligible for a refund.
-
In some cases, a credit for a future LMSS programme may be offered at our discretion.
-
No refunds or credits are issued for non-attendance or missed days, including after the camp has started.
-
If LMSS cancels the camp, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Due to the nature of film production, full attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure every superstar is included in the final project.
Illness Policy
If your superstar is unwell;
-
Please keep them at home if they are feeling unwell or showing any signs of illness
-
This includes symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhoea, contagious illnesses, or general signs of being unwell
-
We kindly ask that your superstar only returns once they are fully recovered and symptom-free
-
This helps us keep our environment safe, healthy and enjoyable for every child
If your superstar becomes unwell during camp;
-
They will be cared for by our staff in a calm, safe and supervised space
-
We will contact you promptly to keep you informed
-
If necessary, we may request early collection for their comfort and wellbeing
Nannies
We welcome nannies supporting children aged 3 and above; however, nannies are not permitted in classrooms during sessions.
All classes are instructor-led to encourage independence, focus, and full participation.
Nannies are required to remain in the waiting area and may check in periodically during breaks or at designated times.
